Sarah M. Bauer, MA, CRC, CVE
OWNER, LEAD VOCATIONAL EVALUATOR
Sarah is a rehabilitation professional who has been supporting individuals with mental and physical disabilities since 2014. She is passionate about assisting individuals with disabilities to meet their goals for competitive employment, optimum recovery, and personalized well-being.
Sarah holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, graduate certificate in Clinical Aging Sciences, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Certified Vocational Evaluator. Sarah also maintains membership in the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
Sarah provides in-person services in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando Counties.

Carson H. Holton, MA, CRC, CVE
LEAD WORK SITE EVALUATOR
Carson has worked in both non-profit and private rehabilitation agencies supporting individuals with disability since 2012. Carson has a passion for helping individuals achieve their employment goals. As an evaluator, He uses evidence-based strategies to identify ideal career routes that fit a persons interests, unique characteristics, and strengths.
Carson holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Certified Vocational Evaluator. He was designated as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration in December 2022. Carson maintains membership in the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
Carson provides in-person services in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties.

Estefania Simon, MA, CRC, CVE
VOCATIONAL EVALUATOR
Estefania is a dedicated vocational evaluator who has been supporting individuals with disabilities since 2019. She has worked in both non-profit and private vocational rehabilitation settings, helping individuals achieve their employment and personal goals by identifying career paths that align with their strengths, interests, and abilities.
She holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and certifications as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Vocational Evaluator (CVE). In her work, Estefania utilizes evidence-based assessment tools to provide vocational guidance, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work recommendations.
Estefania is an active member of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA), the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
Estefania is not accepting referrals at this time.

Tish Rock, MS, SC
VOCATIONAL EVALUTOR
Tish Rock is a passionate Vocational Evaluator dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities discover their strengths and achieve meaningful career goals. With extensive experience in career counseling, vocational assessments and career aptitude testing; she empowers people with physical, cognitive, and mental health disabilities to overcome obstacles and build brighter futures.
For over a decade, Tish has blended professional expertise in vocational rehabilitation and mental health counseling with a personal commitment to disability advocacy. She has worked closely with children, teens, adults, and older adults — providing personalized career guidance, situational work assessments, and community-based evaluations that focus on ability, growth, and independence at every stage of life.
Tish holds a Master in Psychology and a Florida-certification in School Counseling. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, she is dedicated to helping individuals uncover their potential, regain confidence, and pursue opportunities aligned with their strengths.

Tish provides in-person services in Polk, Hillsborough, and Hardee counties.
As Certified Rehabilitation Counselors, we are the only professional counselors who are trained and educated at the graduate level to provide rehabilitation and mental health counseling services to individuals with disabilities. Our education and specialized training equips us to provide vocational evaluations to everyone.
As Certified Vocational Evaluators, we receive specialized training to provide career assessments to support individuals with a wide range of abilities, education levels, and work histories. We stay current with labor market data, emerging trends, technological advancements, and evolving industries.
